Shipping Policy
All items are posted the next working day where possible.​ Due to new legislation all edge tools require shipping with age verification, thus someone over the age of 18 with a valid ID must be present for your delivery. Please see my FAQs for more information on shipping edge tools in the UK.

I can gift wrap, include a note and send direct to the recipient at no extra cost, just add a note to your order at checkout.

I ship internationally and have set up shipping options for International Standard or Tracked if you select your country during checkout. Please contact me for a quote if your country is not set up with shipping options. Please be aware that you may have to pay additional VAT/customs/admin fees upon delivery.
Return Policy
If you are not happy with your order, please contact me straight away. In the rare event of any breakages that are not due to mishandling I offer a 100% guarantee and will refund you fully, offer a voucher for the same amount or will fix the issue for free if that is possible.
Mishandling cases where this does not apply would include examples such as: dropping a tool on the floor and chipping the edge, applying undue pressure to a blade with a prying force that snaps the end off, etc.
